JSP概述
在我们之前的学习中常用HTML显示页面 ,但是,HTML页面是静态的,也就是说:我们无论何时访问该页面看到的总是同样的内容。在不少情况下,静态页面的短板难以实现动态的效果;例如,每次打开新闻页面时浏览次数需动态生成;每次打开火车购票页面看到的车票余额需动态生成;每次打开天气预报页面需动态生成近期天气情况。显然,单纯地依靠HTML时无法完成类似的开发工作。此时,我们可使用Servlet技术将页面动态地输出。可是,假若在使用Servlet技术来实现动态THML页面的过程中操作复杂,代码臃肿凌乱,维护成本颇高。
为此,Sun公司研发了建立在Servlet规范之上的动态网页开发技术JSP(JavaServer Pages)。JSP的最大的特点在于:JSP页面中不但可编写前端(例如:HTML、CSS)代码,还可在页面中使用Java代码为用户提供动态数据。所以,我们可形象的理解为:JSP = HTML + java

在了解了JSP的概括后,按照国际惯例我们来一起编写JSP版的Hello World。

JSP运行原理
在刚才的入门示例中,我们只需编写JSP代码而且无需在web.xml中配置浏览器就可访问JSP页面。至此,我们心中都有如下几个小疑问:
- JSP页面真的无需任何配置么?
- 浏览器访问JSP页面时Web服务器如何调用并执行JSP页面?
- Web服务器在执行JSP页面时如何把JSP页面中的html标签发送至客户端?
- Web服务器如何执行JSP页面中的Java代码?
带着这些疑虑,我们来深入剖析JSP运行原理。
JSP的配置
请打开Tomcat安装目录下conf文件夹中的web.xml文件,例如:C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0\conf\web.xml。在该文件里,Tomcat中的JSP引擎org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet实现了对所有JSP页面的解析。
JSP引擎的注册如下:

从以上配置信息也可以看出来:只要是以.jsp或者.jspx为后缀的文件都由JSP引擎org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet处理。
JSP的翻译
当客户端浏览器第一次访问JSP页面时,该JSP页面都会被JSP引擎JspServlet翻译成Servlet源文件,然后再将该Servlet源文件编译为.class文件。在此,请在Tomcat安装目录下找到我们的入门示例,例如:C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0\work\Catalina\localhost\Jsp01 图示如下:

在该示例中,我们在Eclipse中编写的index.jsp页面被JSP引擎JspServlet翻译成了index_jsp.java文件并生成了对应的字节码文件。

在此,分析index_jsp.java源码的主要部分:
- index_jsp继承自HttpJspBase,HttpJspBase继承自HttpServlet。所以,被JSP引擎JspServlet翻译后的JSP文件实际上是HttpServlet的子类。从这个角度而言,JSP本质上就是一个Servlet。
- index_jsp中的核心是_jspService( )方法。
- 在_jspService( )方法中利用输出语句out.write( )将原本在JSP页面中的前端代码响应至客户端浏览器。
- 在_jspService( )方法中把JSP页面中原本置于<%%>之间Java代码取出并执行。
