1.Can you tell me something about yourself?

I like to be involved in stable and interesting projects.
I have been working in xxx Domain for the past four years,
but I am looking for a new place to work right now. 

2.why did you apply for this job?

I really like the reputation of your company and the working place is convenient for me.I live not far from here.
And I think I can do more,learn more and earn more here.
That's why I apply for this job.

3.Why are you planning to leave your present job?

the first reason is that the workplace is too far from my home.
the second reason is that i hope to have a higher platform to improve myself.

4.What are your strengths?/Why should me hire you?

the first, I have 4 year experience in the xxx domain.
	       I'm farmiliar with XXX terms,sql,java,spring boot and many mainstream Distributed technologies.
the second,I have strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
	       I will try my best to resolve problems or chat with others about the problems.
the third, I love my occupation,
		   I believe I can have a sustainable career in this occupation.
so,I think I can adapt to your company soon.

5.What are your weaknesses?

My greatest weakness is that My English is not Good.But I will try to overcome that.
If your give me this job,I will do much practice in a short time.Because it's the job demand.
By the way,I have confidence that I can pick up my English.

6.Two years ago,why your jump from *** to *** ?

the first,I want to try different styles of companies.
the second,in *** ,we deliver the work as the third party.so you know,we are not very well paid.
