3.What is channel raster
Channel raster 是从Global frequency channel raster 已一定的规则挑选出的部分frequency(这样可以减小UE的计算范围)。其粒度granularity 叫做ΔFRaster。形成如下表格,<20>表明是ΔFGlobal 的20倍。
